I developed “master versions” of two distinct web forms for FCA which would be used to onboard customers for FCA brands Alfa, Fiat and Jeep.
Once the front end was complete, these forms were sent to a third party company who would connect the forms to FCA’s backend services and display them on specific sites as an overlay using tracking technology with the intention to onboard potential customers before they exit the sites.
The first set of forms are simpler in terms of functionality and are laid out similar to traditional forms. These are the second set of forms, which are more interactive and ambitious and contain animations, multiple steps and a progress indicator.
I worked closely with the designers and had creative input throughout the entire process.
